I kinda blame the Hetalia Fandom for this rant. "No you can't ship it because it's not historically accurate" (it is, they just couldn't bother looking it up), "you can't ship it because they don't even talk in Canon" (which one? The webcomic? The anime, the manga? History?), "if you ship it because it's kawaii you're dumb" (we're talking about a Fandom based on kawaii desu yaoi stereotypes where every character is moe or tsundere or both) ... It's just so fucking annoying. Thank God I'm not all that involved in the Hetalia Fandom anyway. But to be fair, there's always some douchebag who tries to tell you what you can and can't do in every Fandom ...
