Oh God, this is making me think of The Emperor's New Groove now. With Loki as an even snarkier Kuzko who uses his transformation to mess with people's head as only a talking llama can do.
I have absolutely no idea about who could play the parts of the rest of the characters - though I somehow feel Kronk!Thor has some potential ... - and yet I know it would be the best Fusion!AU ever.
